Whoops, you're right! I referred to it as a cutlass because I've been including pirates with cutlasses in my own adventure, and I got myself confused :P Are you having trouble finding the cyclops, or fighting him once you've found him? Either way, you might want to explore to the East a bit if you haven't already.

thank you! I think when they ask you if you want to kill the cyclops you click on 'start your quest to kill the cyclops'. My luck is unlucke when I enter the cave! This game is EPIC! |

Pretty good, though it is a little frustrating that characters with low luck are essentially shafted, as the only way to progress is by testing luck, and every time you fail your luck goes down, making you even more likely to fail. |
| Yes, this is a fair point. I confess to introducing this problem myself : in the original, instead of LUCK there is RESOURCE, which doesn't get reduced each time you test it. It's something that we're going to have to watch out for in the Bird Islands. For the standalone Isle Of The Cyclops, though, it isn't so bad because there are ways to avoid some of the LUCK tests. |

Dhurz Deathsnare killed me after a wonderful intro. My Barabas went out of HAN and became a Hyena Hunter by chance. He got his armor, shield, and lantern earned, even found the scimitar ... that is so much better than the series of fatal ends I had with "The Diamond Key" ;-) |

| You have to play Tales From The Bird Islands here and complete that version of Isle Of The Cyclops first. You are playing the standalone version of Isle Of The Cyclops which does not connect to any other adventure. |

| You're referring to the challenges. Since you've already completed it as Barabas, you should choose one of the other three (it doesn't matter which) and keep going. The idea now is to get all of the challenges marked as DONE. |
