What a fantastic read! It has been a while since the site was updated and this story does not disappoint! The concepts of the orc and princess portions of the story were very imaginative and I enjoyed both the more physical fighting portion of the story as an orc, and the portion as the princess relying more in intrigue and gathering information. Well done! |

On Hummingbirds Island, section 2-27, at the end of the section are the words: "Restore your SKILL, STAMINA and LUCK to their Initial values." I think these words should be hidden from the player, as they are automatically delivered by the software. |
| You make a good point, but rightly or wrongly this is the way I've done it throughout all the gamebooks. It would be a huge task to change it everywhere now. |

I noticed that the link on the first page of this adventure (the one that takes you to a kind of gazetteer of Shabak http://www.fightingfantasy.org.uk/ShabakRealms.htm) doesn't work anymore. Is there any way to re-instate it? it would be sad to lose that nice stuff. Maybe the author can be contacted and the same information can be made available in some other way? |

Dying to being unlucky with no choice given to escape a room is not great. A lot of this one seems to rely heavily on luck, there no hints to help. |
