Outsider!
Finished all the challenges! Until I did the workaholic one, I didn't realize the green liquid in the apothecary's chamber was useful, or how to figure out what it was for. It's great discovering new things like that even after playing numerous times. I especially like the pacifist challenge, where you just don't kill anyone and the challenge is over at once.

I never found any use for the crust of bread you can get if you fight the thieves at the start, though.

I think a fellow called Michael Moorcock can answer that question. ... along with Poul Anderson, Turin Turambar and Kullervo.

As for the crust of bread this was my homage to Midnight Rogue, if you throw it to the dogs they ignore it.

Ah yes, that is a good family name. The tumbleweed must've been from very great roots. He rolls now, along that dirt road, with a bullet in him. But he still whistles. Taunting you. Taunting like a mad hatter saying shoot me again pajama man, i shall never relent.

A Day In The Life
Currently Metallica at Glastonbury are on BBC4 and their music is so over familiar to me (literally knowing every note and every utterance, and being able to play every note and every solo in a lot of cases) that I keep putting it on mute and seeing what is on the other side, checking back every song to see if they're playing anything off Load or Re Load which I actually still like. Perhaps my tastes have changed. I am also somewhat curious about why any heavy metal band would want to play Glastonbury or see it as any way desirable for any reason other than wanting to collect the appearance fee and sell more records and merch, I hated the place, the atmosphere and everything it stood for and cannot imagine any metal band wanting to play there the way they would wish to play Bloodstock, Metaldays etc.

Hmm Fade to Black, I might actually turn the sound on for this.

A Princess Of Zamarra
A Princess Of Zamarra

You, like many orcs who fought for Ostragoth, have found your calling as a sellsword to the highest bidder. Sometimes you have been hired to protect caravans or to raid them, to serve wizards or to slay them. Sometimes you have fought alongside your fellow orcs in these endeavours and sometimes against them. It is all the same to you so long as it pays well and gives you an excuse for some bloodshed...

The online version of Kieran Coghlan's Fangs Of Fury sequel is now ready to play.

Play it here

Just completed this, and it was a lot of fun. I especially like how the various little things you can pick up or learn (wooden medallion, mirror, secret room in the cellars) play into the solution.

Awesome job, I know this is a sequel but it's definitely stand-alone material as well. Double crossing has never been more fun.

Feels like the first new FF in a while and, oh, is it a good one. One of these complex sequences would be enough to impress me, but you managed to fit quite a few in, plus a decent smattering of unlikely item uses. Can't fault the plot, either!
